How do I open and navigate the Member Center?

Tap the account icon at the top of the website, then log in. Use Check in for your arrival, Booking for a future visit, My style for haircut details, Gift for your calendar, and My profile for your account.

How do I update or reset my password?

Accepted Answer

On Member login, choose Email and tap Forgot password. Enter your account email, open the reset link, and save your new password. If you're signed in, sign out first. Apple and Google passwords are managed with those providers.

Why am I asked to verify my phone?

Phone verification unlocks member check-in, style details, Gift and profile features. You can still book a future appointment before verifying.

Where can I find my bookings and visits?

Open My profile to see upcoming and previous visits. Use Booking to choose your barber, service and available time.

What can I save in My style?

Save haircut photos and your preferred look in My style, so your barber has your details for the next visit.

How do I change my favorite barber or account details?

Open My profile. Tap Edit beside Favorite barber to choose someone new, or update your details and save.

How do the Gift calendar and member offers work?

Open Gift to see your progress and available coupons. Completed visits count toward gifts; logging in does not. Offers require a verified member account, and each coupon shows its terms.

How do I message my barber or get login help?

Open My profile and find My barber for available messaging options. If you can't log in, try password reset or contact the shop. Never share your password or verification messages.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome when the shop is open and walk-in check-in is available. Choose Walk-in on the Booking page to join the line. Availability depends on the barber’s schedule and the current line.

Can I book a specific barber?

Yes. Choose your barber on the Booking page, then select a service and an available date and time. You can also start from your barber’s profile on THE CREW page.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you cut children’s hair?

Yes. We offer haircuts for children under 13. Our barbers are experienced in working with kids and strive to make every visit comfortable and enjoyable. Choose Kids Cut (Under 13) when booking to see your barber’s price and available times.

What happens if I’m late?

If you’re running late, please call the shop as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate delayed arrivals, but appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the day’s schedule.

How far in advance can I book an appointment?

You can schedule ahead through our online booking system. Select your barber and service to see available dates and times. We recommend booking early for evenings, weekends, and your preferred barber.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You can manage your appointment through your booking confirmation or member account. Please give as much notice as possible so another guest can use the time slot. If you need help making a change, call the shop.

How do waitlists work?

If your preferred barber is unavailable, you can join their waitlist. Opt in to updates to receive a notification if an appointment becomes available or the queue moves faster than expected. Wait times are estimates and may change as the day progresses.
